Support
One address, read by the person who wrote the app. No ticket form, no chatbot, no queue.
Every email is answered. Tell me what you were doing, what happened, and your Android version if the app misbehaved — that is usually enough to find it.
Questions that come up
Is the free version really unlimited?
Yes. No cap on invoices or estimates, no watermark, no expiry. There is no counter in the app to run out.
Do I need a signal on site?
No. Everything runs on the phone. You need a connection only to send the finished document, and that is your email or messaging app doing the sending.
Where are my invoices kept?
On your phone, in the app. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account. See privacy and data safety.
I got a new phone. How do I move everything?
Back up to a file on the old phone and restore it on the new one. Backup and restore are in the free app, and the file carries every invoice, estimate, client, item and payment. Pro adds encryption of that file — it is not what lets you move.
Can I change an invoice after I have sent it?
Editing an issued invoice creates a new draft rather than changing the sent one. Invoice numbers do not move once they are allocated, which is what keeps your numbering defensible. To withdraw an invoice, void it with a reason.
Someone paid me half. Can I record that?
Yes, in the free app. Record a part payment with a date and method and the invoice shows the balance still owed.
How do I cancel Pro?
In Google Play, in six steps. They are on the cancellation page, along with what happens to your records: nothing.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not today. Bilva is an Android app. If you want to know when that changes, email and ask.
Will you add something I need?
Ask. A feature request from someone who invoices for a living is the most useful email I get.
